Retractations and exchanges

EXCHANGE : In the event of a size / length problem, the article may be exchanged once on reasoned request by sending an email to the address alexandra@scootcoat.fr. Return and redelivery costs will be borne by SCOOTCOAT free of charge. This request must be made within 3 clear days of delivery of the order. The products must be new (in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed) accompanied by the order number to the address that will be given in response to the return request email.

RETRACTATION : The individual Customer has a right of withdrawal, which he can exercise without reason, within seven (7) clear days from the delivery of the order, which will be exercised by returning new products at his expense. (in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed) accompanied by the order number to the following address:

Beyond this period of time, the URBAHIA Company will no longer be able to accept returns.

The URBAHIA Company will reimburse the Customer for any sums already paid, after deducting any shipping costs, under the conditions referred to in the following article VII.
