Scootcoat.fr (hereinafter referred to as “The site”) is published by the company URBAHIA, SAS with a capital of 38,746 euros, whose registered office is in Paris (75011) – 18, Rue du Faubourg du Temple, identified with the RCS Paris under number B 485 079 743, intra-community VAT number FR3948507974300020 (hereinafter referred to as “the URBAHIA Company”). All orders made on the site are subject to these general conditions of sale. The URBAHIA Company reserves the right to adapt or modify these General Conditions of Sale at any time, the version of the general conditions of sale applicable to any transaction being the one appearing online on the www.scootcoat.fr site at the time of the order.

I The Customer

The Customer declares to be a natural person, at least 18 years old and to have the legal capacity or to hold parental authorization allowing him to place an order on the site. When registering the Customer's personal data in the "my account" section, the latter must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the mandatory data that he provides. In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, the URBAHIA Company cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product. The URBAHIA Company reserves the right to cancel any order when the customer's IP address is domiciled in a different country from the billing and/or delivery address.

II Products

The products offered for sale are those described on the Site. The URBAHIA Company takes the greatest care in the presentation and description of these products to best satisfy the Customer's information. However, it is possible that non-substantial errors may appear on the Site, which the customer acknowledges and accepts. In any case, in the event of non-compliance of the product delivered with its description on the Site, the Customer may either exercise his right of withdrawal or implement the guarantee of conformity of the URBAHIA Company which will proceed, where applicable, either exchange or refund of the price (in whole or in part) possibly invoiced.

The fabrics used for the different products are waterproof and breathable. Nevertheless, a slight sensation of humidity may be perceived in some people and URBAHIA is released from all liability.

III The Order

Order taking on the Site is subject to compliance with the procedure set up by the URBAHIA Company, embodied in a succession of different steps that the customer must imperatively follow to validate his order. The customer will have the possibility, before definitively validating his order, to check the details of it and its total price, and to correct any errors, before confirming it to express his acceptance. Any order confirmed by the Customer constitutes a sales contract and acceptance of all the stipulations herein.

The URBAHIA Company will refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute or an incident relating to the payment of a previous order or which contravenes the provisions hereof.

In this case, the URBAHIA Company will inform the Customer by e-mail. If the customer fails to proceed with the URBAHIA Company to correct erroneous or contrary elements to these general conditions of sale, the URBAHIA Company reserves the right not to process the order.

A confirmation email summarizing the order (products, prices, product availability, quantity, etc.) will be sent to the customer by the URBAHIA Company. To this end, the customer formally accepts the use of e-mail for confirmation by URBAHIA of the content of his order. In any event, invoices are issued upon delivery.

IV Prices and Terms of Payment

1. Pricing

The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding postage.

The total price of the order (all taxes and shipping costs included) is indicated in the basket.

The URBAHIA Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is recorded, subject to availability.

2. Method of payment

The products are payable in cash on the day of the actual order.

Payment for purchases is made by bank card.

The Customer accesses a dedicated space made available by a banking institution, which ensures the security and recording of the payment order. In this respect, the Customer expressly acknowledges that the communication of his bank card number to the URBAHIA Company constitutes authorization to debit his account up to the amount of the products ordered.

3. The data recorded and kept by the URBAHIA Company constitutes proof of the order and of all transactions made. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.

V – Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, it being specified that this must be the residential address of the customer or of any other natural person of his choice domiciled in metropolitan France.

Delivery cannot be made to hotels or PO boxes.

In order for these deadlines to be respected, the customer must ensure that he has communicated exact and complete information concerning the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building, staircase, access codes , names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).

The times indicated are indicative times, corresponding to the average processing and delivery times.

The URBAHIA Company cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery not being its fault.
In the event of damaged packages (already opened, missing products, etc.), the Customer undertakes to notify the carrier and the URBAHIA Company, by any means, of any reservations within 3 days of receipt of the product.

2. Delivery times

International :   D+4 to D+8

It sometimes takes a few more days depending on the destination or the time of year to know your delivery times. If the product is not immediately available, delivery times may vary from 1 to 3 weeks (depending on models, sizes, etc.).

We undertake to keep you informed in the event that the delivery time exceeds one week.

VI - Right of withdrawal and exchanges

EXCHANGE: In the event of a size / length problem, the item may be exchanged once on reasoned request by sending an email to the address alexandra@scootcoat.fr. Return and redelivery costs will be borne by SCOOTCOAT free of charge. This request must be made within 3 clear days of delivery of the order. The products must be new (in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed) accompanied by the order number to the address that will be given in response to the return request email.

WITHDRAWAL: The individual Customer has a right of withdrawal, which he can exercise without reason, within seven (7) clear days from the delivery of the order which will be exercised by the return at his expense of the new products (in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed) accompanied by the order number to the following address:

Beyond this period of time, the URBAHIA Company will no longer be able to accept returns.

The URBAHIA Company will reimburse the Customer for any sums already paid, after deducting any shipping costs, under the conditions referred to in the following article VII.

VII – Reimbursement

Reimbursements for products in the cases referred to in Articles II and VI will be made by the URBAHIA Company within a maximum period of 30 days after receipt by it of said products. Reimbursement will be made using the same method of payment chosen by the customer at the time of his order or by the delivery of a voucher.

VIII- Applicable law

Any order automatically entails the customer's acceptance of the general conditions of sale. These general conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, only the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.

In the event of difficulty or of complaint on the occasion of an order, the customer can contact Customer Service to find an amicable solution.

IX – Computing and Freedoms

The information collected by the URBAHIA Company during a customer order is necessary for the management of the transaction and for this purpose may be communicated in whole or in part to the service providers of the URBAHIA Company involved in the execution of the order. . The customer is informed that this same personal data may also be collected by an organization in charge of analyzing orders and combating credit card fraud.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act n°78-17 of January 6, 1978, the customer has the right to access, rectify, oppose and delete data concerning him.
